FM (fiberglass mat) is a series of four distinct applications combining products made of flexible and elastomeric acrylic resins, integrated into a chopped fiberglass mat. The FM system is an ideal, low cost, easy to apply, and fast drying deck coating designed for use on balconies, corridors, stairs, landings, and most above ground walkways and decks. It withstands light floor traffic within hours of application and is regularly specified for homes, hotels, office buildings, condominiums and apartments. It is extremely easy to maintain and with regular care and maintenance, can last over 10 years.
The Life Deck AL (Acrylic Lath) waterproof decking system is a Class A 1 Hour Fire Rated System for plywood decks, installed with a series of two cementious applications bonded together with a specially formulated acrylic emulsion sealed with a 100% acrylic top coat. Life Deck AL Systems are designed for both commercial and residential.
The Life Deck 2000 Decking System is a specialized application of elastomeric Coatings. It is a chemical resistant, moisture cured. Polyurethane System designed to expand and contract with normal structural movements. Its years of service have proven its lasting qualities of resisting weathering and abrasion. Life Deck MAT Coat is a fiber reinforced deck system installed with a series of three or four separate water-based acrylic applications. It is bonded together with a specially formulated acrylic emulsion sealed with Life Deck 10 Series or 28 Series 100% Acrylic Top Coat.
The system is designed for use on elevated concrete walking decks. The MAT Coat system is ideal for areas with heavy traffic or in cases where elimination of seams is essential. MAT Coat has been designed for balconies, corridors, stairs and landings and is regularly specified for hotels, condominiums, apartments and office buildings. This product can be applied over most old deck systems to provide an excellent method for the rehabilitation of problem surfaces.
